AVPQ and HIPP have many workshops planned for the Brisbane community for 2008. The AVPQ Workshops calendar for 2008, will show you when and where workshops are planned for this year. A brief outline is here.
The next Basic Level workshop will be held in Sept 2008. Workshops start at 8.45am and finish at 6pm each day. Information about workshops is here here or please contact the Workshop Co-ordinator on 0435 007 405 or the Secretary 07 3286 5175. The cost of participating in a community workshop is currently $125.00, but don’t let lack of money keep you from enquiring about a workshop! We offer reduced rates for people with limited income.
Fourth Fridays 6pm - AN INVITATION TO MEET
You are warmly invited to come to the Avid Reader Bookstore, Boundary St West End around 6pm. We gather inside the bookstore (map attached) and wait until about 6.30pm, when we decide where to next, back-deck or restaurant. The dates are the following Fridays:
July 25, August 22, Sept 26, October 24, November 28 2008.
The International AVP Gathering
will be happening in Kenya from 14-20 September, 2008 at
Bishop Stam Centre, Kakamega, Kenya
